Talent Arena, an AI-assisted hiring engine, has raised $750,000 in pre-seed funding in a round led by Cairo-based venture capital fund, UI Investments, alongside a host of Saudi investors.

Founded in 2019, Talent Arena has made a name as a pioneering force in the AI recruitment industry, helping to bridge the unemployment gap in Africa.

What’s more, through its platform, hiring organizations are able to scout talents and arrive at their ideal employees matching their requirements.

The company, according to Aya Elgebeely- Founder and CEO of Talents Arena- leverages advanced algorithms and machine learning models that help match qualified job seekers with suitable vacancies.

In addition, with the new funds in the bag, the company is now gearing up for its expansion into Saudi Arabia and the lager Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.

“This funding milestone enables us to accelerate the development of our AI hiring engine and expand our footprint in the Saudi market that already accounts for 25% of our client base,” CEO Elgebeely noted.

“We are excited to bring our cutting-edge technology to businesses across industries in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East, helping hiring managers and recruiters find talents faster with higher accuracy and at a better economical value.”

So far, the company boasts of having made more than 180,000 jobs and placed thousands of candidates in suitable jobs.
