ACCN is seeks to harness talent for the green economy and support individuals in kick starting careers in the field of climate sustainability.
Moreover, ACCN features more than 1,000 job openings from over 100 companies spanning the African continent.
Since 2016, the firm specializes in two primary services: Shortlist Search and shortlist features.
At the same time, shortlist search provides executive search solutions for prominent startups and impactful organizations throughout Africa, while Shortlist Futures initiates early career pathways by collaborating with major employers, training providers, and philanthropic organizations across Africa.
Also, these initiatives focus on empowering African youth, women, and individuals with disabilities through apprenticeships and career entry points.
They work together in fields like climate sustainability, clean energy, and technology that are getting bigger and more important.
