Mining Indaba: World’s Largest Mining Event to Set Stage in South Africa

Mining Indaba, world’s largest mining event is gearing up in South  Africa’s, Cape Town City to again deliver a record-breaking event that will facilitate greater investment into African mining.

The  event is promising to be pivotal in resetting the dialogue around opportunities and challenges in Africa mining industry. Likewise, the event intends to drive further growth in the mining industry.

Mining Indaba 2024 will be enhanced with the theme: ‘Embracing the power of positive disruption: A bold new future for African mining’.

The event will take  place from 5 – 8 February 2024. However, organizers are calling people to join and initiate conversations on embracing change and leading positive disruption that will revolutionize the mining industry’s present and future.

The high level event will gather over 8000 attendees with more than 900 investors. At the same time, it will  attract more than 700 executive from mining companies as well as over 470 executive juniors from companies around the world.

Key Speakers

Some of the key speaker’s include Benedikt Sobotka who is the CEO Eurasian Resources Group, Marie-Chantal Kaninda, President Glencore DRC and Chairman KCC, Sinhead Kaufman, CEO Tinto Minerals and Mizila Mthenjane, Executive Head of Stakeholder Relations Exarro Resources among others.
