Kenya Airways and Safaricom have teamed up to drive innovations that enhance the airline’s efficiency, security, and customer experience.
The partnership will improve connectivity, in-flight Wi-Fi, infrastructure inspection, and security surveillance. Both companies will also focus on loyalty programs, data science, software development, and aviation innovation in agriculture.

Kenya Airways and Safaricom will develop Internet of Things (IoT) solutions for warehousing, baggage tracking, and aircraft materials. These solutions will cover tracking, location, reconciliation, and stock taking.
