Boston Consulting Group (BCG) has moved to a larger office at QV1, Perth’s premier office tower. This new location highlights BCG’s commitment to expanding in Western Australia. The company aims to better serve its clients in the region.
“Western Australia is known worldwide for its strength in natural resources and its growing leadership in innovation and technology.” Our new office reflects BCG’s deepening commitment to the state, enabling us to work even more closely with clients on their most critical challenges,” said Neeraj Aggarwal, Asia Pacific Chair at BCG. The new office will bring a full suite of services. BCG plans to support WA’s continued global impact.
BCG first entered Perth in 2010 with a small team. The team relocated from Sydney, Melbourne, New Zealand, and Germany. Their first office, opened in 2011, had space for just 15 people.
“At the time, we recognized the need for a permanent presence in Perth,” said Matthew Leach, Managing Director and Partner. “The persistence of our small team, along with a few people who flew to Perth each week, helped lay the foundation for where we are today.”
In 2011, BCG won a large program with a major miner. This brought over 80 people to Perth, prompting an office expansion. In 2013, BCG moved to 108 St Georges Terrace, where it remained for 12 years.
Now, the company has 50 people based in Perth. Many more fly in weekly to support projects. The team has grown from one local Partner to six. BCG is also a hub for mining, oil, gas expertise, and AI with its BCG X presence.

The new office spans 1,350 sqm. It reflects BCG’s ambition to grow its team in the next five years. The modern office design will to attract new talent. BCG plans to make Perth a “destination office” within the firm.
