Bboxx, a leading clean energy and digital products company in Africa, has announced a collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
This partnership integrates generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) into Bboxx’s Pulse platform to transform customer service and operations.
The AI system analyses customer data, transaction history, and product interactions. It generates real-time summaries, speeding up responses to customer queries.
As a result, Bboxx staff respond 2.5 minutes faster on average. This saves about 5,000 customer service hours monthly, boosting efficiency and satisfaction.
Bboxx is among the first African companies to work with the AWS Generative AI Innovation Center. This collaboration enhances the Pulse Insights suite, which includes credit scoring and behavioral analytics.
These tools, developed from over 900,000 customer records, have improved collection rates by 15% and increased customer engagement.
