NjiaPay, a Payments-as-a-Service provider, has raised over $1 million in pre-seed funding to transform payment solutions for African businesses.
The funding round was led by HAVAÍC, with support from angel investors, including founders of Anyfin, Banxware, and Maxidrive. NjiaPay aims to simplify payment processes by unifying platforms and integrating payment service providers (PSPs) into one seamless solution.
NjiaPay was launched in late 2024 as a spin-off from Talk360, the international calling app for the African diaspora. The platform addresses the technical and operational hurdles of managing payments in Africa.
