Epson Promotes Four Female Leaders to Senior Management

Epson Middle East FZCO (EME) has promoted four female leaders to senior management roles. This announcement comes as part of the company’s strategy to enhance diversity.

The move will also expand its presence in the META-CW Asia region. The newly appointed leaders will oversee key markets in the Middle East, Turkey, Africa, and Central & West Asia.

Epson Strategic Move for Growth and Inclusion

The new appointments are Christine Chua, Director of Strategic Planning; Natalie Harrison, Director of Marketing; Razia Mahomed, Director of Services & Support; and Charley Stevens, Director of Human Resources.

This leadership enhancement aims to support Epson’s vision of accelerating growth over the next five years. The company also seeks to optimize operations in key functional areas.

Epson President of META-CW Asia, Neil Colquhoun, remarked on this significant milestone. He stated, “By elevating these exceptionally talented female leaders to key positions, we are not only recognizing their exemplary contributions but creating role models for women within our company and beyond.”

Colquhoun added that this strong leadership team reflects Epson’s commitment to diversity. He believes diversity in leadership enriches decision-making and drives innovation.

Mukesh Bector, Epson Regional Head for East and West Africa, praised the promotions. He said, “These promotions are a testament to our belief that diverse leadership is key to sustainable growth, particularly in such a rapidly evolving and dynamic region.”

As part of its commitment to diversity, Epson META-CW Asia has achieved a milestone. Currently, women hold 47% of its management positions. The company supports this progress through initiatives such as internship programs, leadership training, and career development pathways.
